Oscillas develops new technology for the industrial backbone of the United States. Manufacturing runs on equipment, processes, and hard-won institutional knowledge that modern software has largely passed over, and closing that gap is the whole of what we do. We are looking for smart people who want to build that technology and to be part of the team putting it into service.
The Work
Artemis is our platform: OnSite devices and sensors on production lines, a cloud platform that unifies ERP, payroll, and live floor data into a single model, and dashboards that plants run their mornings on. Around it sits our custom engineering work — computer-vision quality systems, LLM-assisted document pipelines, ERP and BI integration, and the analysis engagements that begin once the data is trustworthy. The work is split between our Chicago office and client production floors.
